To ensure quick shipping, your order will be prepared for shipment immediately after it is placed. This means we can not make any changes afterwards.

Exchanges are not possible. You do have the option though to exercise your right of cancelling your order and return the product you wish to exchange, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days after timely cancellation at your own expense (this only applies within the EU). You can find all the information in the FAQ section „Returns“.

If your order arrives damaged, please first document the damage with photos or videos and then contact us immediately at service@haticeschmidt.com with a brief description of the complaint, including photos/videos clearly showing the damage. In some cases, the product may need to be returned for further quality control.

The ability to cancel an order depends on the progress of your order.

If the order has not been shipped yet: In most cases, cancellation before shipping is not possible because we process and prepare your order for shipping immediately upon receipt to ensure fast delivery. However, if the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it in whole or in part. Please contact our support team as soon as possible and be sure to provide your order ID.

If the order has already been shipped: In this case, you can cancel your order by exercising your right of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the shipment. Detailed information can be found in our FAQ section "Returns".

We offer international shipping. You can find the exact list of countries on the "Shipping costs and information" page.

As of now shipping is done through DHL and Deutsche Post (Warenpost, including tracking number). For further information, please visit the "Shipping costs and information" page.

Additional taxes or costs such as customs duties may be due for orders in non-EU countries (including Switzerland and Norway). These will not be invoiced by us but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for more details.

The shipping duration will be displayed to you during the checkout process, depending on the shipping method and destination country. Within Germany, your package should be shipped within 1-3 days after we receive your payment. There may be delays during periods of high order volume.For international shipments, the exact delivery date cannot be specified in advance due to international regulations and longer shipping routes. If you have any questions, please contact our service team directly.

We can send your package to a DHL Packstation (parcel locker) only within Germany.

Please choose the packstation of your choice in the “Address, packstation” field and enter your postal number (your personal customer number) in the field provided.

With your shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to check the status of your shipment. We recommend checking the provided link regularly so you can stay informed about the shipping status of your package.

In the unlikely event of you not having received your package even though the shipment is marked as delivered by the shipping service provider, we will need a declaration of non-receipt of the shipment. Please contact our service team for this and we will provide you with a form to fill out. With this information, we can contact the carrier and initiate the necessary investigations.

All products purchased on haticeschmidt.com can be returned within 14 days after timely cancellation without stating a reason, provided they are unused and in their original packaging*. The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the buyer.

For prompt processing and refunding, please follow these steps:

Cosmetic products are considered hygiene items, so they must be in unused condition. We cannot guarantee a refund if the product has been used.

Please return the goods insured (as a parcel with tracking number). You can purchase a pre-filled shipping label at this link: DHL returns label. There, our return address is filled in, you only need to select the appropriate shipping label and enter your details as the sender.

Mark the shipment with the note "Return" and include your order ID.

If you choose not to use the prepared label, please send your return to the following address: Hatice Schmidt GmbH, Schönstedtstraße 7, 12043 Berlin, Germany.

General instructions for returns:

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the product in its original packaging with all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging. Do not send any goods back to us without prepaid postage as we can not accept your return in this case.

Usually, the refund will be processed within 7 days after receipt of the return. It will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

We attach great importance to the fact that each of our products is manufactured without animal ingredients. Thats why our entire product collection is completely vegan.

Our products are completely cruelty free. In general, animal testing is prohibited in the EU according to Article 18 of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. Therefore, cosmetic products and all their ingredients cannot be tested on animals.

There will be information provided about this on the respective product packaging. Look for the symbol of an open cream jar. The number with the letter M indicates the period of time in months that the cosmetic product remains usable after opening.

If you have forgotten your password, go to "My Account" at the top right corner of haticeschmidt.com. In the login window, click on "Forgot Password?". We will then need your email address associated with your account in order to send you a separate email to reset your old password. Click on the link provided in the email to set a new password for your account.

If your customer account is blocked, please contact our service team, and we will assist you further.

You can delete your customer account at any time. Simply contact our service team with your customer no. and we will assist you in deleting your account.
